| Four sizes of sheetfed presses allow us to provide a wide range of traditional offset printing solutions. From our two-color Jet Press to our eight-color Komori, we are strategically positioned to print almost anything with remarkable speed and efficiency.
Our largest press is the 28" Komori Lithrone 28P. This truly state-of-the-art machine has the ability to perfect 4/4 (print four colors on both sides of a sheet at once) and apply aqueous coating in-line. It boasts a three-stage drying system that assists in allowing quick turnarounds. Rated at 15,000 impressions per hour, even when perfecting, it keeps our platemaker very busy.
Our newest press is a Komori Lithrone 528 XL. The “little brother” to our eight-color, it utilizes the same advanced technology and plates. This provides us with tremendous capacity and flexibility in scheduling your work, regardless of how quickly you may need it.
A 20" six-color Speedmaster is the largest of several Heidelberg presses on our floor and can perfect 4/2. Three two-color Quickmasters ensure consistent quality on your stationery, forms and other smaller items. A Jet Press capable of printing 60,000 envelopes per hour in one or two colors rounds out the offset press department.
